Please send your application forms (3 pages), WE card, and discount coupon images, to Kristine (
kristine@one-illinois.com ) and CC a copy to Alan (
alan_gao@ibces.com). You will receive an official rental agreement from the One office. You then sign and pay the application fee and deposit (= one month rent)
About WE
WE is dedicated to providing free information and group-leasing discount to scholars and professional. WE offers FREE memberships and WE group rent discount. Most of WE members are:
1) Graduate scholars,
2) International students/scholars and their families,
3) Working professional (with college degree or international background).
Leasing for visiting scholars
The following rent is good for: 1) 6-month leases, 2) 12-month leases; 3) leases ending in early Aug. The WE members can also lease 3-month with the public rent, and the office will not charge additional fees for short-term lease.

About The Apartments Apartment layout and photos are posted below.
Leasing: lease per bedroom. 5, 10, 12 month leases available. You can choose your own roommate or ask the rental office for roommate matching
Private bedroom: Full size mattress, dresser, a study desk, and a chair. Private bathroom in each bedroom.
Rent Coverage: Furnishings (sofa, chairs), washer/dryer, full-kitchen, Internet, Cable TV, free parking. Allowance of $40 in Electricity and $10 in water/sewer. (If overused, tenant pays the extra part.)
Location: North Lincoln, about a mile to UI campus (close to Engineering School, etc).
Bus info:
MTD bus (free to UI students) route 22 (day-time) and 220 (evening and weekend). Every 10 minutes daytime, and every 30 minutes on evening/weekend. he apartment is only 2 stops from UI campus (college of Engineering) and 10 minutes from Illini Union on Green Street. Convenient to many Engineering departments.
