alan_gao@ibces.com). You will receive an official rental agreement from the office, then sign and pay the application fee ($25) and deposit ($99)
Currently the apartments waive the applicaiton fee and deposit.

WE is dedicated to providing free information and group-leasing discount to scholars and professional. WE offers FREE memberships and WE group rent discount. Most of WE members are:

About The Apartments Apartment layout and photos are posted below.
Condition: This is a gated students apartments community, and under new management. The spacious apartments come with all appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The apartment has a fully loaded clubhouse with free continental breakfast, free DVD rental, free roadside assistance, computer lab with free printing, fitness center, sparkling pool and indoor basketball court for our resident's luxurious lifestyle!
Leasing: Lease per bedroom. Limit to 1 adult per bedroom.
Semester (5 month) or
12-month leases (Aug 7th to next year July 31st). available. You can choose your own roommate or ask the rental office for roommate matching.

Tenants Pay (in option 2): water- $35 (1 bedroom), $60 (2 bedroom-joint) or $30 (individual), electricity (around $60 for a 2-bedroom unit) and cable tv.
