WE is dedicated to providing free information and group-leasing discount to scholars and professional. WE offers FREE memberships and WE group rent discount. Most of WE members are:
1) Graduate scholars,
2) International students/scholars and their families,
3) Working professional (with college degree or international background).

The discount is available for 2- and 3-bedroom units only.$20 more for third floor.

WE group discount is valid for new tenants (in both new leases and renewal leases in following years). WE members must present WE card and WE discount coupon before signing the lease to get the discount.
WE group discount automatically matching the lower rent. If the apartment offers a promotional special that is lower than WE group discount in a room style, WE group discount automatically become 1% lower than the special during the promotion. You can always get the best rate with WE cards.

About the Apartments
River Walk is a new beautiful community offering upscale apartment homes for Purdue University, with all the conveniences of college living.
Leasing: 12 month lease from Aug to Aug. Unfurnished apartments, joint-leasing. You can apply by yourself, and the office will help on roommate matching.
Location: Nice apartments near the river. About 0.5 miles east of Purdue campus. Close to Lafayette downtown. With bus (Bronze 16 loop) to PU and bus (1A) to shopping area (Wal-Mart and shopping mall). See bus info below.
Features: Washer/dryer in each unit, free internet; free breakfast. Fitness center, free tanning bed, media room, free car wash for residents.
Pet Policy: Allowing pet under 40 pounds, with $200 deposit ($100 fee and $100 refundable).
Rent Covers: Internet, water/sewer/trash-removal, parking.
Tenants Pay: Electricity, Cable service.
Bus info:
Bronze 16 loop: To Purdue campus, every 30 minutes between 7am and 6pm, Mon-Fri in Fall and Spring semesters.
Passing: Lafayette downtown, State street, University street, Northwestern ave. Convenient to most PU departments.
Bus 1A: to shopping, and to/from Purdue in evening and weekend (change bus in Lafayette)
available every 30 minutes Mon-Fri between 6:30am ~9pm; every 30 minutes on Sat between 7am~6pm; and every 1 hour on Sunday (9:50am~6:30pm).
