Other fees: $75 administrative fee, $400 security deposit, $40~50 monthly resident service fee (cover heat/water/basic cable).
WE group discount is valid for both new leases and renewal leases. WE members must present WE card and WE discount coupon before signing the lease to get the discount. If the apartment offers a promotional special that is lower than WE group discount in a room style, WE group discount automatically matches the lower rate during the promotion.
About the Apartments
Leasing: Leasing by units, good for families or single students. Flexible leasing available to visiting scholars. Mostly unfurnished apartments.
Location: Nice apartments near E. Stadium Blvd and Washtenaw Ave. About 1.5 miles south east of UM central campus. Close to grocery shopping stores including Trader Joes, Whole Food Market, Krogers. See bus info on route 14 and 4 below.
Features: Heat included, next to parks and many stores, and onsite Laundry and Storage space in each basement.
Pet Policy: Offering flexible leasing term. Allowing pet with $20/m fee.
Rent Covers: heat, water, basic cable, parking. Carport available for $20/m
Tenants Pay: Electricity, sewer/trash.
Bus info: On bus route 14 (in UM campus became route 609). Available 6:30am~9am and4:25~6:15pm. Every 10-minutes in day-time, and every 30-minutes in Evening. Passing central campus (Geddes, Observatory, Medical center, North University, Huron). NO bus 14 SERVICES ON WEEKEND!!!!
Near bus route 4 (at Stadium Blvd and Washtenaw Ave, 3 minutes walk). Bus 4 available between 6am to 10pm. every 12~30 minutes. Weekend from morning to 6pm. 1~2 buses/hour.
