About the Apartments
Condition: Nice apartments located on bus route. Some new apartment units are newly built in 2008. With heating/Air Conditioning. Lease by units, good for families, couples, or single students.
Rent Coverage: Free parking, free sewer and trash-removal. Tenants pay water, electricity, cable TV and Internet. 4.95 for wireless internet and only 12.95 for Ethernet.
Leasing: 12-month lease. (shor-term lease based on availability)
New Units Free wireless in new units. Including washer and dryer in the apartment and an extra bathroom.
Bus info:
MTD bus (free to UI students) route 10 (day-time) and 130 (evening and weekend). Every 30 minutes. Available between 6:30am~11:55PM. 15 minutes from Illini Union on Green Street. Convenient to many Engineering departments.
